43, 44 Arrive at Capitol
The incoming and outgoing presidents share a limo for a ride to the Inauguration together. Earlier: Cheney and Biden, Michelle Obama and Laura Bush, as well as Jill Biden and Lynn Cheney travel together to the ceremony in their own limos.

A Sea of Hopeful Faces
