Blago's Lawyer Might Sue to Stop Trial
The governor's attorney tells the AP they're preparing a lawsuit to possibly combat what he calls "completely unfair" Senate trial rules. Would file the suit with the Illinois Supreme Court. Blagojevich's trial is set to begin Monday.
