Clinton: Syria Talks Underway
The Secretary of State says Saturday two U.S. representatives and Syrian officials in Damascus have already begun preliminary talks. Unclear if top State Dept. envoy Jeffrey Feltman and White House aide will meet with President Bashar Assad during the visit.
