Ginsburg to Undergo Chemo
The Supreme Court Justice says she'll begin chemotherapy as a precaution later this month after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in February. Doesn't expect to miss any court sessions because of the treatment.
Obama Taps Moderate for Court
The president nominates David Hamilton, a federal trial court judge from Indiana, for the 7th circuit appeals court in Chicago. White House statement here. Plans to announce a handful of other candidates over the next few weeks to fill some of the 17 vacancies.
