Obama Vows to Work With Burris If Seated
The president-elect tells reporters that he knows the former Illinois attorney general well, calls him a "fine public servant." Declines to comment on whether Burris should be accepted into Congress, calling it a "Senate matter," but says he'll work with him like everyone else if seated.

AP: BURRIS LIKELY TO BE SEATED
The wire service reports Senate Democrats plan to accept Blago's Senate pick to fill Obama's vacant seat. Comes as the former Illinois attorney general discusses seat with Senate Majority Leader Reid and Majority Whip Durbin on the Hill Wednesday. Press conference expected later Wednesday. UPDATE: Reid spokesman says the report is "wrong."
Presidents To Do Lunch Wednesday
President Bush, President-elect Obama, and former presidents Clinton, Carter and H.W. Bush get together at the White House Wednesday. They will participate in a photo opportunity ahead of their lunch at 12 pm ET.
