Poll: Cuomo Tops Kennedy
From Quinnipiac University poll: New York AG Cuomo is the first choice of 31% of state residents for Clinton's Senate seat. 24% prefer Caroline Kennedy. But more New Yorkers think Gov. Paterson will choose Kennedy over Cuomo, 38% to 33%. Dates conducted: Jan. 8-12. Error margin: 2.4 points.
